🎯 The Requirements
We’re looking for a professional who has what it takes to lead:
- Active Florida Real Estate License
- Fluent in Spanish & English
- 5+ years in residential real estate
- 15+ closed transactions in the past 12 months
- Strong leadership and mentoring ability
- A home office setup with high-speed internet for Zoom calls
- Reliable transportation for showings
- The ability to work independently, report daily results, and keep the team on track
